We're looking for a digital thinker who can manage a suite of web-based tools used in the day-to-day activities of running websites and web-based marketing. Do digital tools come naturally to you? Can you move efficiently through a series of dashboards and interfaces? We use a variety of tools including but not limited to:

  • HubSpot
  • SEMRush
  • Zapier
  • SalesMSG
  • Active Campaign
  • Osano
  • Salesforce
  • MailChimp
  • Constant Contact
  • EMMA
  • WordPress
  • Google Analytics
  • Agency Analytics

The successful candidate would work within our web team, and collaborate across all departments, to keep systems running smoothly and adjust processes to meet changing client needs. Duties will include:

  • Running routine reports and oversight checks across different platforms
  • Identifying critical issues and appropriate solutions
  • Creating, duplicating, and implementing workflows
  • Providing data for reporting
  • Oversight of data management systems and web integrations
  • Use of content management systems (mainly WordPress) to add and edit content
  • Strategic use of AI within these processes

Bonus skills:

  • Image manipulation capabilities
  • Experience in any graphic design software
  • HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Knows what API means
  • Experience in marketing

Candidate must be based in Tallahassee with in-person onboarding period required. Following onboarding, the ability to work remotely (locally) will be offered. We want someone who can easily pick up new tools, sees how to make connections across systems, and is eager to learn more. At BowStern, Communication Strategists are expected to fully understand integrated marketing and have the ability to successfully manage and navigate client accounts and relationships. Strong client relations, detailed account planning, time management, writing and interpersonal skills are expected. Strategists are responsible for adapting and applying creative solutions during challenging situations, managing project deadlines and multiple moving elements with great attention to detail. A Communication Strategist can lead a team or be included as a supporting asset for a team. Strategists work with a diverse client base and are assigned at the discretion of senior management with the success of the client and BowStern at the heart of that decision. When not working on client assignments, Strategists work on business development initiatives and contribute to supporting nonprofit organizations in the communities we serve.

  • Communicates with clients and gathers information about a project’s scope, budgets and timelines
  • Meets with other executives to discuss clients’ project goals, progress and outcomes
  • Develops budgets and timelines for clients and BowStern initiatives
  • Coordinates teams to meet project milestones
  • Assembles new teams to meet clients’ or businesses’ goals
  • Reports on all marketing activities
  • Organizes regular client meetings to ensures excellent customer service
  • Collaborates with key decision makers to identify opportunities and develops ideas that deliver sales results
  • Uncovers and understands a company’s needs

  • Working with team to brainstorm & develop strategic marketing plans.
  • Assisting with daily maintenance and reporting for client accounts.
  • Assisting with daily office administrative functions, meeting preparations, etc.
  • Interfacing with third-party vendors and printers.
  • Prioritizing projects and multi-tasking efficiently.
